Meet The Team

Qualified nursery staff

The team at Strawberry Fields Day Nursery in Gillingham are highly qualified and work together providing exceptional childcare.

Fun and friendly nursery staff

All of our staff at Strawberry Fields Day Nursery have undertaken enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checks and have been deemed suitable to work with children.

The nursery is committed to professional development and all staff are first aid trained, fire trained and have received Child Protection or are undergoing Child Protection Training. The knowledge and skills of all of our nursery staff are continually updated through training courses provided by organisations such as Canterbury Christchurch University and Medway Council.

Strawberry Fields Day Nursery works in partnership with parents/carers and outside agencies to support your child and families individual needs and requirements. An Additional Education Needs Coordinator (Aenco) ensures adequate care and support is available for children with additional needs. We work closely with parents in order to cater for each individual child's needs and have specialised staff on hand for additional education needs and disabled children.

Meet our team

All of our staff are fully DBS checked and regularly attend child protection training courses. CCTV cameras are installed in all of our rooms for your peace of mind.
